Our goal is to provide quality products and the best experience for our customers. We take pride in providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Due to the limited availability of plants we have in stock, we do not accept cancelations or refunds after an order is processed. 

Please be aware of the risks involved with shipping plants. All rooted/unrooted cuttings are 'buy at your own risk'. We pack all orders with the utmost care. We pack each plant carefully to reduce as much risk as possible, but we cannot control how the plant will handle the stress of shipping. Wilting, browning/yellowing of leaves, loss of leaves or other cosmetic damage can be expected due to shipping stress. So please allow some time for the plant(s) to adjust and acclimate to its new environment.​

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery in order for us to best serve you. We will be happy to help as best we can.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders at any time. If your order is cancelled and your payment has been processed, we will issue a refund/credit within 10 business days.

 

Plant Care & Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility as a buyer to do the research on how to properly care for the plant you are purchasing. Please understand the care requirements for the plant prior to committing for purchase. Piantas is not liable for any issues caused by neglect or possible misinformation we may share. 

We suggest to keep all plants away from children and pets as many of these plants can be toxic. Please refrain from ingesting or consuming any and all plant parts or plant materials. Customer shall not hold Piantas responsible for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, including, but not limited to, claims for loss of goodwill, profits, use of money or use of goods, stoppage of other work or impairment of other assets, arising out of breach of express or implied warranty, breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence, strict liability in tort.

 

Privacy & Safety

We value your privacy and safety. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Our company is hosted on a secured platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you safely. Your data may be stored through our host’s data storage, databases and the general host applications. Your data is stored on secure servers behind a firewall.
